themselves.

Who will help coordinate the morning activities with the caterers, band, florists, guests, bridal party and ceremony
coordination? The bride, groom, and family should be focused on the wedding itself - not the stress involved.

This package is for the bride and groom that have completed all arrangements, preparation and scheduling on their
own, but would like It's All About You, Events to assist in the execution of the affair on the wedding day. Our team will
spend a quality amount of time learning about each vendor in order to coordinate with each of them, and then helping
to structure the day-of activities.

Pre-Event:

planning and consultation with the couple
in-person meetings and vendor scheduling and final selection
walk through of ceremony and reception site

Event-Day:

venue setup and vendor coordination
the Bride and Groom Arrival (final preparations)
ceremony rehearsal
ceremony
reception and cake cutting
